This conference,organised by the University of Sheffield in collaboration with the Libraries Taskforce, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, will share the outcomes of a project in which Library Services in three authorities (Barnley, Sheffield and SouthTyneside) offered makerspace workshops for children aged 3-8 and their families.
During the day, attendees will have chance to learn about the projects, hear from other Library Services who are active in this area, and have an opportunity to do some hands-on making!
